It was so lovely to be back in a full restaurant. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was very good. We had calamari and ribs as starters and penne arrabiata and pizza . Only disappointment was that there was no loo roll in the ladies toilets and I asked for some water and was given a glass. I would have expected a jug and some glasses for the table.
Quattro’s – OrmskirkUnfortunately, I had a very disappointing dining experience here on Saturday night. When my dessert was served to me, the waitress accidentally spilt the coffee and liquor from my ice cream dessert all over me. She was apologetic and I was concerned that she was ok as I appreciated it was an accident. I asked for some warm water and a cloth, which was brought to me, and I then went to the toilet and cleaned my dress as best I could. A little later the waiter asked if me if I was Ok and I told him my dress was wet - he didn’t reply but turned around to deal with other customers. I was shocked by this and disappointed that he didn’t give me the consideration or courtesy that I had shown his waitress. I rang them today and spoke to the waiter who turned out to be management and explained that out of courtesy I would have expected them to at least offer a complimentary drink or my dessert but he said he’s sorry that I expected this. So, poor customer service, lack of courtesy on the night and when given the opportunity to right the wrong still no offer of anything complimentary for the future! My birthday meal with friends was spoilt and I then had to go home to get changed before going out for cocktails as planned. A huge inconvenience to me - they only appeared to be interested in the large bill being paid and serving other customers in their very busy restaurant.

Quattro’s – OrmskirkAlways great food and great service. The pizzas are amazing and so is the carbonara which so close to the Italian style and filling. Scallops are nice as a starter . I think I have tried most things on the menu and I have never had a bad meal and that’s why I keep going back

Quattro’s – OrmskirkAbsolutely fab food, really enjoy the varied menu. As a non meat eater I often feel that choice is limited in other restaurants. I chose the seafood risotto and my partner had the chicken with mushrooms. Excellent service, extensive wine menu, great atmosphere, it was a quiet lunchtime although restaurant quite busy. Tiramisu an absolute delight.
