Great food, great view, great value wine and very good service

Fantastic Spanish food, with amazing views over Plymouth Sound. Friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommend.

I have been to MARITIMO WINE & TAPAS for my birthday for the last two years in a row. I absolutely love this restaurant, the service is brilliant. The food is perfect! I absolutely love the atmosphere of the restaurant and the location is great for parking too as well as sea views- it’s stunning. The tapas bar really feels like you are abroad with all the Spanish music playing. I love it here and would recommend it to anyone everyone! Thank you for making my birthday really special by bringing out my cake and providing candles. Really special touch! Thanks again!! 5*****

Met friends for lunch yesterday, had a lovely table outside, great food, great service & good value for money. We all loved the afternoon the atmosphere & ambiance was amazing, probably go back for our anniversary on Sunday 22nd, just love this place

Absolutely amazing food once again. We left totally stuffed and in a food coma. Atmosphere was really nice and staff were amazing and very helpful. Nothing Was to much for them as always service with a smile. If you haven’t eaten here yet your are definitely missing out.

Booked for 15 people for lunchtime this week to celebrate a colleague’s retirement. The food is excellent and the staff helpful and friendly. In particular must mention Jess who booked us in and looked after us so well. With the sun shining and Spanish music in the background looking out at the water it’s easy to imagine you’re on holiday abroad. I have visited here a few times over the years in large and small groups and never been disappointed. Everyone enjoyed it so much we have decided to make it a regular meet. Highly recommend to anyone who loves tapas.

I would like to keep this place a secret as it is so good. I have repeatedly eaten there and never been disappointed. The variety of tapas has something for everyone; 3-4 dishes is ample. The wine list complements the food no matter what you have. There is simply no better view in Plymouth to enjoy as authentic tapas outside of Spain.

Food was nice and lovely, big portions actually! But the atmosphere was awful.. someone working was sat opposite us drinking a few pints and doing ‘ catwalk shows’ it wasn’t something you want to watch when you’re eating. Not professional and all very young and not seem to be working! Felt like you was being judged and watched!

Lovely food and service.

Been here a few times and food is always fantastic… staff are very friendly and couldn’t do enough for us . The only thing letting it down is it’s become very out dated and desperately needed a facelift. Has amazing outside balcony over looking the sea but looks tired . Really needs decorating.

Had a lovely time celebrating my sisters birthday. As it was quiet there wasn't really any kind of atmosphere, at one point we were the only customers in the restaurant. Food was excellent and would well recommend to people. Portion size was very good, and the taste was amazing! My only complaint would be the repeated asking if everything was ok, its only a small thing but I think once is enough for most people. Thank you!

Another fabulous lunch with my son for my birthday. Food was wonderful service and value for money superb. Highly recommended
