My boyfriend and I went yesterday for lunch. We loved the views from their little dining room and the people that were working were very friendly and funny. I enjoyed the food, as I'm Spanish. Can I say anymore?

Always a pleasant experience

The food was so good, with lots of flavour. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Will definitely be booking again and have already recommended to friends.

Food was amazing and full of flavour. Atmosphere was great, the staff could not do enough for us. Especially the young lady serving us. Great cocktails and amazing value for money. It was my friends 50th and the staff supported us in making it an enjoyable night to remember. Thank you xxx

Wasn't an enjoyable meal!!!Not Spanish tapas, I've had many! this was not authentic, I can't say what it tasted like, bland, tasteless. Last time I was in this restaurant was December 2019. I loved it. Hence I took the train with husband and son in tow. So very disappointed!

Great food and service as always this is mine and the husbands go to restaurant for special occasions and date nights for the last 6 years or so. Great value for money, friendly staff and the views are lovely especially in the summer.

Searched for a tapas prior to theatre night so that we had a light but tasty meal- what a gem! Food was better than I’ve had in top class Spanish restaurants - honestly! And so reasonable priced. All dishes were cooked fresh and brought to our table by the loveliest staff. And with a view of sea , literally beneath our window. Cannot recommend highly enough!

I've been to Marítimo many times for drinks or a meal. The setting is unrivalled and on a fine day there's nothing better than gazing at the sea from the terrace. The tapas are good, with a couple of new items on the menu to try alongside my favourite classics, albóndigas (meatballs in sauce) and croquetas. And the service is always excellent.

Very enjoyable lunch all tapas dishes were really tasty and value for money, staff very knowledgeable and courteous

Underwhelming and disappointing, the food was okay, with some items being very tasty but others less so, it was quiet when we went as it was quite early and could here the staff talking very loudly ruining the atmosphere and was very unprofessional, that being said the drinks were good and it had very nice views. So all in all it wasn't awful however I don't think we'll be back soon

Following a very pleasant and successful company dinner at Maritimo previously, returned for a lunchtime business meeting over tapas. Sat on the lovely balcony overlooking the water and was treated to some excellent traditional Spanish tapas, not least of which was the chorizo in red wine. Excellent service as always, sensible and attractive pricing and a very pleasing experience overall. Can 100% recommend this great little spot on The Hoe, and will most certainly be returning again.
