Booked a table for lunch on 5 Jan which w as confirmed in a string of emails. Day before I received a reminder of the booking. On the morning of the 5th I received a telephone call from the restaurant to say they were sorry but they were not opening that day and that all the emails sent by them were a mistake If they can’t manage a diary then I dread to think what a meal might be like.
