Bread and Butter – Preston

Bread and Butter – PrestonI would highly recommend Bread and Butter for somewhere to eat. The food was delicious and had lovely presentation. The staff were also lovely and the service was very quick with us being seated straight away and our food not taking long at all, I will definitely be returning!
Bread and Butter – PrestonNice food, no surprise as it is always nice
Bread and Butter – PrestonFood was fab! Service was through the roof !! Amazing atmosphere could not recommend enough!!
Maxy Farm Pantry & Restaurant – PrestonTook my mum here for Mother’s Day, ovens were broke we was sat there for 45 minutes before they even told us about it!! Next time I’ll bring my own oven and maybe I might get some food, service was shocking was waiting 10 minutes for a table and 25 for drinks, wouldn’t recommend if everywhere else is booked up as you will end up starving.
Maxy Farm Pantry & Restaurant – PrestonReally enjoyable visit yesterday, food and staff were lovely, highly recommend the full English breakfast
The Barn – PrestonBest afternoon tea on the market! Afternoon tea isn’t necessarily my favourite lunch option, tend to find it a bit boring, but not at Bread & Butter, it’s amazing, had it a few times now, always have to take some of it home as there’s always too much to eat in one go. Venue is nice and staff are lovely. Highly recommend
Bread and Butter – PrestonOur first evening visit to Bread and Butter was nothing short of fantastic—and definitely won’t be our last! The lively buzz of Penwortham High Street set the perfect scene for a great night out, and stepping into the restaurant only added to the experience. The warm and welcoming atmosphere, paired with the incredible tapas menu, made it an evening to remember. We couldn’t resist over-ordering because the selection was just that good! The table service was outstanding—attentive without being intrusive—ensuring we had everything we needed for a perfect night. Highly recommended!
Bread and Butter – PrestonWe attended for brunch as a party of 3 with a newborn baby. The food was really good but service was poor, 50 minutes into our meal we were advised "not to rush but we need the table back in 5-10 minutes." This was promptly followed by the waiter attending with a card machine, and then a further waitress coming to the table to ask us to leave. Firstly we booked online and there was no mention of the requirement to vacate the table after less than one hour, secondly we were not advised of this on arrival. This really spoilt our experience unfortunately, as we were hoping for a nice experience and as you can expect being rushed with a newborn is far from ideal. We questioned the hour limit with the waitress and was advised we could sit outside, it was very cold and this is inappropriate with a newborn. Probably wouldn't return.
Bread and Butter – PrestonFood is absolutely delicious and really reasonably priced. A great place to eat in Penwortham.
