Titash Tandoori – Preston
Preston in Lancashire is a cosmopolitan city located on the River Ribble and is also the home of the University of Central Lancashire (UCLAN). Many restaurants and food pubs can be found in the city centre and its suburbs.
Great food the only place to get a takeaway in Preston we all eat there all the time and never had a bad meal.
Titash Tandoori – PrestonMy son (5 yrs) loves this place. And in fairness I know why. The staff are great - especially with kids and there is such a great choice of tasty food. Go there once a month and you'll be bored by the end of the year but pleasantly full and not out of pocket either.
Buffet@Preston – Prestonwow! this has got to be a great place to eat. always visiting here with my friends.. I? 14...so that is saying something. a real treat to those Chinese food fanatics!! Drinks are a bit pricey. but as students get 10% its acceptable. Food is gorgeous and you cannot beat it. staff are friendly, reliable and very organised! Credit to them all. you have to try it!
Buffet@Preston – PrestonSuperb food, lovely staff and excellent surroundings but to be charged £3.50 for two small soft drinks is, I think, outrageous.
Moka – Prestonwe enjoyed a very nice meal in a friendly atmosphere. can't wait for winter and the log fire
The Wheatsheaf – PrestonI've eaten at Moka numerous times over the last two years and been really impressed each time. The menu is really interesting and v. different compared to many other restaurants. The food is always lovely, and the service equally as good - the free bottle of wine is an extra bonus!! A hidden gem and my favourite restaurant!!
Moka – PrestonOne word to describe the whole experience is "FANTASTIC" Everything from food to service was excellent.
Bukhara – PrestonThe food itself is very tasty and good sized portions. However, I do feel it is rather pricey. With growing popularity it seems to have put its prices up. It used to be reasonably priced, now it isn?. Although the food remains excellent. The surroundings are tasteful and usually busy in the evenings and it has a fantastic lively atmosphere which rubs off on to everyone. Service is good, but always room for improvement.
Tiggis Pizzeria – PrestonThe food here is excellent and the menu offers an impressive choice for vegetarians. Couldn't fault the service either - attentive and friendly. We will definitely be going back.
Bukhara – PrestonTHE MEAL WAS FANTASTIC WE ENJOYED IT SO MUCH WE ARE GOING AGAIN TONIGHT. IF YOU LIKE THAI FOOD DO NO NOT HESITATE TO BOOK AT THE THAI ORCHARD. CARLY&JOHN
Thai Orchid The – PrestonWe have been going to Huntleys at night for a few months. We have always found the food excellent and nothing is too much trouble for both mark and the staff.
Huntleys – PrestonWe went on a weekday before 7.30 so chose off the 'Early Bird' menu - £11.95 for two courses or £13.95 for three. The food was lovingly presented and tasted great! The quantities were just right too. Recommended!
The Sirloin Inn – PrestonVisited on a Friday lunch time and we plumped for the special of a 2 course lunch for £11.95, which was fairly good value, but had to pay extra for the hubby's steak main course (£3.95). Food was excellent, well presented and very tasty, however the restaurant lacked any atmosphere, even though there were about 6 other couples dining. Two other things put me off slightly, I hate carpets in restaurants, eugh! and also the menu I was given was grubby, finger marks and the like. Overall would visit again for the food, but make sure I took good company with me. Restaurant could be totally different in the evening.
The Sirloin Inn – PrestonWe hired the entire venue for My wife's 40th birthday celebrations on a Saturday evening. There were a total of 55 guests and I'd say that is about comfortable (on the downstairs floor anyway). We took our own choice of music, though they would need to invest in a few extra speakers in the main dining area should anyone want a real 'dance' party. Fabulous food, good service and ambience. We'll certainly go again and recommend Huntley's in the future.
Huntleys – PrestonQuite simply the best meal we have ever had,all cooked and presented superbly! get some new chairs that would make it perfect.
Huntleys – PrestonAfter hearing numerous ravings about this place i decided to try it out. Lunchtime menu provided a very intriguing choice, finally i settled on the Caribbean chicken salad perfect for a hot day-complimented by a free glass of wine -and a huge portion. Very contemporary setting and great staff.the desserts looked tempting but i was too full, so will return to remedy missing out. Wonderful
Moka – PrestonMy wife and I recently had the pleasure of visiting Huntleys for Sunday lunch. We were both very pleased with the excellent choice of dishes available and found it quite difficult to decide what to have. Once we had decided what to have, the speed of service was outstanding. We will certainly be calling again. Highly recommended.
Huntleys – PrestonVery friendly staff who are ready to have a laugh with the customers, and equally wonderful food. The portions are huge too! A great variety & a free bottle of wine for every two people! Not rubbish stuff either! Offers pizza & pasta dishes for £5 on Sunday - Tuesday also. Haven't tried that yet but will definitely go back soon!
