Bread and Butter – PrestonVisited with a friend for the midweek brunch and booked a table online with ease. Arrived a little early but was still shown to our table promptly, drinks order taken whilst we looked over the menu and food did not disappoint when it came. Portion sizes were rather large and definitely value for money, cooked to perfection and will most certainly be returning.
Maxy Farm Pantry & Restaurant – PrestonA lovely afternoon tea for Valentine’s Day! We brought along our 11 month old baby and they were so welcoming and accommodating! This made what could’ve been a stressful experience a really lovely one! Thank you
Bread and Butter – PrestonWe came to Maxy Farm for the set Valentines meal. The food was exceptional, the steaks were done to perfection and every course delicious and well presented. The staff were amazing. The young waiter we had the majority of the time was professional and we felt very looked after. The finishing touches of candles and rose petals were lovely.
Maxy Farm Pantry & Restaurant – PrestonMy husband and I celebrated valentine's evening at Bread & Butter. As normal, we received a lovely warm welcome, with excellent food, wine, service and atmosphere, we can't recommend them highly enough. Keep doing what you do guys, we love your restaurant xx
Bread and Butter – PrestonCame with two friends, and the food didn’t disappoint. If I had to say something negative, if you could even call it that, is that the portions are too large. I hate leaving food, always think you might be thinking, oh didn’t she like that, while In fact I loved the French toast, but it was so filling there was no way I was ever going to get through 3 slices along with everything else on the plate. Next time and there will be a next time, I will try to remember not to order the crispy streaky bacon offered as a side.
Maxy Farm Pantry & Restaurant – PrestonWonderful service, food and atmosphere. Love this place!
Bread and Butter – PrestonCame for lunch with my daughter and niece. The service was absolutely excellent and the ladies who served us could not do enough and were friendly and attentive. The food was amazing, we ordered 2 KFC burgers and the popcorn chicken of the kids menu followed by the French toast. My only small criticism with the French toast was the bread tasted like it had been fried in old oil so had that used oil taste.
Maxy Farm Pantry & Restaurant – PrestonLovely evening the food was just OK.
Maxy Farm Pantry & Restaurant – PrestonWe booked a table for 7.15 and arrived a bit early, we did manage to get to our table for 7 but then we couldn't get the app to work to order our food. We were then told we had to wait 1.5 hours at least for food! All I could think was what I'd we'd had plans to continue our evening and go to the cinema or something? We'd have had no choice but to leave. We did however wait as we knew how good the food is. There was one guy running around trying to do everything and he was clearly stressed out and short with everyone who approached him. Which I can totally understand as it was packed! The food arrived and the chicken was cold but we'd ordered plenty so got on with the other bits whilst they sorted the chicken out. We're pretty easy going people so of course we would still return and the food was spot on taste wise. Plus they serve blue moon on tap, our fave beer! The doormen were lovely and attentive too. Probably just need to work on how they can continue to cater for so many tables without making them wait so long for food. To be honest, we saw takeaways being prepared, so surely you'd close down your takeaway service at busy times and concentrate on the guests who are in the restaurant and bar spending over £100 like we were! Just a suggestion! Also get more staff as the guy looked worn out and sick of his life last night. Poor fella.
Wings & Beer Co – PrestonGreat food and friendly service will defo be back
Bread and Butter – PrestonFriday night Tapas, beautiful food as usual ♥️ Our favourite place!
Bread and Butter – PrestonWe had a lovely meal served with smiles. Thank you
Maxy Farm Pantry & Restaurant – PrestonWe visited Maxy Pantry for a Sunday roast for the first time yesterday after hearing good things from our friends and it didn’t disappoint. The lamb was lovely and cooked perfectly, the portion sizes were generous and the staff were lovely. We can’t wait to return
Maxy Farm Pantry & Restaurant – Preston4 of us had a table booked at 5pm for 2 hours. When we arrived, someone was sat at our table, it took around 15 minutes before we were sat down. As the Rugby was on, it was understandably busy however, even as we arrived at the table, there weren't enough seats around it and we had to find them ourselves. We then went to use the 'order to table' QR code but it wouldn't work. When ordering at the bar, we were then told it was a minnimum of 1.5 hours wait for food. This is not only ridiculous but, would have meant our food would arrive after we had to vacate the table. There was no mention of this by the bar staff, or the reluctant member of staff that pointed us to our table. We left. It was a shame as its usually always been a good experience here, last night was just extremely disappointing.
Wings & Beer Co – PrestonAmazing tapas!! Always great food at bread and butter x

Bread and Butter – PrestonHorrendous service! The place was packed with only one person working behind the bar who was extremely rude. We had booked a table but was told the wait for food was going to be an hour and a half so we left and went elsewhere.
