Preston in Lancashire is a cosmopolitan city located on the River Ribble and is also the home of the University of Central Lancashire (UCLAN). Many restaurants and food pubs can be found in the city centre and its suburbs.

The Ginger Bistro – PrestonCame for a meal for my partner's birthday. From arrival until we left, the staff were excellent, attentive and friendly. The food was absolutely amazing. The lamb shank in particular was the best I have had in years. The Bistro was light and full of atmosphere. It was our first visit here but it definitely won't be our last!

The choice of food was really good. The food was amazing and would certainly recommend a visit as we will be coming back for sure.
