Fabulous lunch from the new menu. Very attentive service and the standard of food will not be bettered. Lovely relaxed atmosphere and remarkably good value for money. Looking forward to trying their burger night.

Bread and Butter – PrestonHad a lovely lunch here yesterday. The bistro is very comfortable and the service is friendly and attentive. I had a really fresh salad with interesting ingredients such as beetroot, pomegranate seeds and halloumi. The other members of our party really enjoyed the burger and chips.
The Ginger Bistro – PrestonFabulous! We and my partner has never had a better breakfast. Pancakes and a full English. We will be back!
Bread and Butter – PrestonSuch a lovely please for a catch-up over good food and even a little Prosecco if you fancy! :) This was my second time here, I’ve had both afternoon tea and lunch and would highly recommend. Staff are also lovely!
Bread and Butter – PrestonThis was my first visit fir breakfast. I went alone and thoroughly enjoyed the food. I had a small breakfast and must say it is one of the best I have tasted recently. Will definitely be back
The Ginger Bistro – PrestonGreat night celebrating family birthday. Enjoyed fantastic food & service. Will definitely be back soon
The Ginger Bistro – PrestonGreat food and drink, wide variety to suit everyone. Staff very helpful and obliging. Definitely come highly recommended
Bread and Butter – PrestonAs always, an excellent evening at The Ginger Bistro. Great food and wine, lovely staff, cannot fault it!
The Ginger Bistro – PrestonVery extensive menu, with good choice for everyone including vegan options. Specials board as well. Fair pricing as well, and good selection of wines competitively priced. We went early evening so it was initially quiet but started filling up. Both starters were very tasty, as were the mains, although I was surprised that my belly pork came without any potato side just a mix of cabbage and bacon. Service was polite, quick and not intrusive. However, we were both concerned about the close proximity of the tables, and although the restaurant was barely a quarter full, the staff seemed to insist on seating everyone into a narrow area of the room. It was obviously a worry for other customers as well, because one couple seated behind us, requested a move almost immediately. Another threesome, declined the option to squeeze themselves and the baby buggy into the corner next to us, it was decidedly uncomfortable during these days of Covid precautions, so they would be well advised to take out at least two tables to increase safer spacing. Other than that, we had an enjoyable meal, and will definitely visit again.
The Ginger Bistro – PrestonGreat food , and a friendly atmosphere. We always try to eat here when we visit Preston and this visit was as good as ever.
The Ginger Bistro – PrestonGood food with good service & priced well.
The Ginger Bistro – PrestonWe have been here for brunch a few times now, the food is always freshly cooked to order with good portion sizes. The chefs make an effort to personally make sure you have enjoyed your visit. A lovely find, nice as quite small so does not get too busy- advisable to pre book. We will certainly be going here again.
Bread and Butter – PrestonExcellent meal last night! Food was delicious. Staff were friendly and the service was great. Looking forward to another visit already
The Ginger Bistro – PrestonHad dinner recently with friends. The 3 course festive menu was excellent and great value for money. Good wine at a great price. Great atmosphere and service. It’s good to have an excellent local restaurant. Will get my continued support.
The Ginger Bistro – PrestonFirst visit, the breakfast was good, and fantastic service, would definitely recommend, and will be visiting again
Bread and Butter – PrestonAs always food was excellent (2 sandwiches with seasoned fries!) Hog roast at Xmas market was to die for! My only comment is that the waitress should know what the soup of the day is and what sandwiches aren’t available BEFORE she comes to take an order. I know things will change in the New Year. Ryan does an amazing job, well done
Bread and Butter – PrestonWe had scallops and mushrooms to start , duck and lamb shank for main and white chocolate cheesecake and sticky toffee pudding for dessert. Everything was amazing and service was fantastic! This was not our first visit to Ginger Bistro and definitely won’t be our last! Merry Christmas to all the staff
