The Tipis At Riley Green – PrestonLovely food, and great venue! Would’ve preferred for there to have been music or something for a better atmosphere especially with visiting on a bank holiday weekend. X
The Tipis At Riley Green – PrestonGreat food and atmosphere, despite the weather!
The Tipis At Riley Green – PrestonThe menu was great.. you can’t go wrong with the burger option all amazing! Beautiful venture so pretty. Drinks outside after our meal in the sun so chilled. Will definitely be visiting again soon. Staff where lovely, friendly and polite.
The Tipis At Riley Green – PrestonMy first visit to the tipis last night and have already booked again! We are so very lucky to live in Hoghton and have this amazing place right on our doorstep. The staff were so friendly, smart and professional, they are an absolute credit to the owner of The Tipis. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The food was delicious and perfect for this type of venue. The atmosphere was lovely, and the background music enhanced the atmosphere. Really looking forward to my next visit soon. I can highly recommend this venue.
The Tipis At Riley Green – PrestonIt was our first visit to the tipis this week and we where amazed at what a beautiful venue this is. All staff where extremely polite and welcoming. The food was exceptional. All covid measure where in place making you feel as safe as possible too! Every credit to everyone in involved! We loved it so much we book another 2 dates in upon leaving ! Perfect all round !!
The Tipis At Riley Green – PrestonLovely setting and a good all year round venue I would probably even go in the winter I think it would look gorgeous when it’s darker earlier. and really friendly staff . We didn’t eat the menu we felt was quite limited with the mains but great options for burgers . but would return for a few drinks x
The Tipis At Riley Green – PrestonArrived and staff unable to find booking but quickly sorted and taken to our table. The venue is stunning and I imagine even more so in the evening and at night. Waitress was lovely and took our drinks order and brought a bowl of water for our dog. Waited 15mins to order food and food came out quickly thereafter. Unfortunately the food let the service and location down. The Childrens fish fingers, chips and baked beans came without beans but had been replaced with peas. We had to get the attention of staff for this to be rectified. We mentioned that the menu stated baked beans not peas and the waitress said she’d get some more, this was quickly rectified. I had ordered the chicken and bacon Caesar salad. I was surprised to find onions, peppers and mixed green leaves with very little chicken and bacon. No tomatoes or Parmesan. It tasted lovely but not a Caesar salad. My partner had ordered the chicken burger and we noticed his side salad was the same as my salad. Again the beef tomato was a very thin half a slice but he wasn’t fussed has he hates tomatoes. He said it tasted fine but was very standard for the price. We ordered some more drinks and a different waitress brought the drinks over asking if we had ordered “a lemonade or something”. Maybe a little extra training in professionalism and customer service. Our waitress came back and showed us to a table outside the tipi to finish our drinks. All in all gorgeous location, staff were attentive and beautiful venue but the food let it down.
The Tipis At Riley Green – PrestonGreat venue, staff very helpful and pleasant, would visit again A+++
The Tipis At Riley Green – PrestonExcellent.
The Tipis At Riley Green – PrestonFabulous venue, food and service excellent
The Tipis At Riley Green – PrestonAbsolutely lovely setting for a spot of lunch. Very covid secure. Staff very friendly and helpful. Even my dogs were made to feel welcome. Will be back.
The Tipis At Riley Green – PrestonBest Indian takeaway I've had. Authentic Indian food with different items on the menu I hadn't tried before.
Bukhara – PrestonI would highly recommend this restaurant which we visited with friends before the lockdown. We were made very welcome in the sophisticated entrance bar area, we’re been here several times and the food and ambiance hasn’t disappointed us. I had the salmon pasta dish which was freshly cooked and tasty, the portions are more than enough, and the service is brilliant.
Italian Orchard – PrestonHaving had a baby me and my husband don't get out the two of us much, so when we do we want to make the most of it. The food at Ginger Bistro is amazing, all really fresh and cooked perfectly. The Bistro itself has a really food atmosphere as it's not too big and always busy and the staff are really friendly and helpful.
The Ginger Bistro – PrestonMy second visit following a Christmas lunch with work. Excellent menu options, fantastic service and fabulous food. A lovely atmosphere and already busy at 6pm when we arrived. We will certainly be visiting again.
The Ginger Bistro – PrestonBooked for a Saturday early evening and ordered the tapas. Waited for over an for it during which time we saw at least a dozen takeaway and just eat orders processed as we say outside the kitchen doorway. This place needs to decide if it is a restaurant or a slightly upgraded takeaway with tables charging £20 for a bottle of cheap Pinot Grigio. Suffice to say the good was bang average and the chicken massively overcooked. May well be different during the week but at the weekend don't bother unless you phone it in.
