We were invited to San Marco for a birthday partry and what a treat it was. Great food and service in a stunning restaurant space! The sun was shining and the Al Fresco dining space a perfect place to soak it up.

Trattoria San Marco – PrestonGood food and very comfortable surroundings. Would visit again.
Yew Tree Inn – PrestonFrom the call to book the table my wife and myself were treated with the upmost courtesy and pleasantry from Tom, the two young ladies were also very welcoming and had a lovely friendly attitude in conversation. Now the food, I had a Mixed Grill which was terrific with excellent portions and without being overfacing and my wife had the Sirloin Steak with compliments throughout her meal, we hadn't been to the Sitting Goose for a few years but after tonight it will be a restaurant that we will look forward to visiting and enjoying the friendliness of the Staff and the quality of food that is cooked by the behind the scene staff and delivered by the ladies, thank you to all, we will see you soon.
The Sitting Goose – PrestonAbsolutely fab. Steak was done to perfection and we really enjoyed the meal. Will definitely go again.
The Derby Arms – PrestonCame for first time with friends last Friday evening. Fabulous night. Banquet excellent. Comfortable surroundings and staff that where extremely helpful and pleasant. Will definately recommend.
Face Chinese Restaurant – PrestonI was taken to Angels for dinner by my cousins as a treat while I was visiting England from Canada. It was a very enjoyable evening. No rush dining and the food was out of this world delicious. Thank you for a truly fine dining experience.
Angels – PrestonMoka on Fishergate is my absolute favourite place - even just for a coffee before shopping. The food, drinks and snacks are excellent as are the staff.
Moka – PrestonWe decided to celebrate my husbands birthday with an evening meal here and were so pleased we did. We haven't been before but will most certainly return. Booking is a must, we were there on a Thursday evening and the place was buzzing with every table booked. The staff are superb as is the food - my husband knew what he wanted right away - the steak & kidney pie which is a particular favourite of his. It disapeared in record time and was declared simply delicious -and he can be a very picky eater! I had the pheasant simply because I'd never eaten it before and I was not disapointed either. The vegetables were nicely cooked and varied. Service was discrete and efficient and with a smile. He had home made blackcurrant pie for pudd and the filling was bountiful, I opted for the sherry trifle - a perfect portion size and very tasty. A perfect meal, we were not rushed, we had time to peruse the menu with a drink first then shown to our table, the Inn has several quirky rooms which gives it a great ambiance. We felt like we had had a real treat.
Ye Horns Inn – PrestonThe Dolphin is a great pub with proper mans food. Enormous man v food style steaks. Getting a very good reputation for its meat!
The Dolphin Inn – PrestonFive us really enjoyed our family meal at Ye Horns Inn Goosnargh. My boys enjoyed some homemade real ale in the bar area before dinner, as the pub has its own brewery now. All the food was excellent. Most of us chose their very famous Goosnargh duckling. It comes crispy with apple sauce, stuffing, selection of potatoes and veg. Very good starters and sumptious sweets. Have been coming for years and will continue too.
Ye Horns Inn – PrestonPlease be aware the food is great the beer fantastic The atmosphere superb But the phone number has changed 01995 640331
Green Man – PrestonHi every one, have you been visit Face h k Chinese restaurant in Preston Lancashire ?Please let us know your views of this restaurant. thank you....
Face Chinese Restaurant – PrestonJust great service and food. Could not fault it . reasonable prices. Give it a go.
Italian Orchard – PrestonMy daughters and I went for a midweek meal. Prior to arriving I phoned ahead to ask if they were still doing the sugarvine 2 for 1 offer ( which includes burgers) and the man who answered assured me that they did. When we arrived we were told that the advertisement was inaccurate and burgers weren't included, which was a problem as we all wanted burgers. I showed the waiter the sugarvine ad but he was pretty uninterested and just told me that it was wrong. We ordered two fish and chips and a childrens burger. The fish was ok, tartar sauce nice, mushy peas good but the chips were really cheap frozen ones, and had that crumbly texture inside. The childrens burger and chips was a good sized portion and reasonable at £3.99 but a very cheap and nasty burger and the same frozen chips. Plus we asked for cheese and bacon on it and got a sliver of each for an extra £1.50. Overall we were not impressed and won't be going again. It sounded like a good offer hut you get whet you pay for. It's a shame, because the place is lovely inside and the waitress who served us was very nice.
The Sitting Goose – PrestonEasily the best burgers in lancashire. Ordered a Triple P? Didn't expect the mountain of food to come my way I had to take pictures (before and after!) they do monthly specials I think, pulled pork and pink coleslaw and all sorts of stuff! Definitely coming here next time I'm in Preston! Fantastic menu!
