Great beer, great atmosphere, GREAT burgers!! Didn't try the tapas but what I saw going past me made me want to come back. This bar would really not be out of place in any European city. The service and the music were great too! I'll be back, time and time again!

We have eaten here several times now and the food has been very nice. Unfortunately, the last 3 occasions have been spoilt by the staff having screaming toddlers in the restaurant. Working all day and going out to chat and wind down - this isn't much fun. Sorry, we have given it 2 more chances, but we have decided won’t be going back again. Such a shame.

set in a small town with lots of individual shops this restaurant is a little treasure. We ate in however it seems lots of people also order takeaway. The staff are very friendly and the food very good quality. The mixed starter for 2 was excellent. The main courses equally as nice. I went for a garlic/pepper chicken dish and my partner the prawn with ginger, peppers, chili very satisfied indeed. good choice of menu as you can pretty much select any dish with any meat/fish.

Disappointing food, terrible service and a worse manager. We started the night by asking the manager to stop being rude to our friend as it was her birthday, he claimed to be joking and got worse throughout the night. Our complaint about the food resulted in 2 out of 5 being pushed.

Went for a meal last night, service was poor to say the least. People were coming in and being served, when we had placed our order sometime before. The excuse was we have a lot of tickets in, well people should be served in order. Then when chased again its just being plated up. 15 minutes later are meals arrived.. It was only a beef and ale pie and a steak!, so not a lot a plating up. No apology would you like a coffee. The steak was described in the menu as a 8oz T bone steak at £17 when it arrived my wife said it looks like a slice of roast beef a 1/4 " thin. Total meal with wine and drinks £67. One starter two main and one sweet., and poor service/. Will not be going again.

This restaurant may look small on the outside but inside the welcome is big the service splendid and the food great .I have been here many times and never been disappointed .Cheers

This place is amazing. You may have to wait a while if its busy but the food is top quality and fresh. The desserts are too much for one person! The view fantastic from the restaurant window as well. Well worth travelling to. Not expensive and generous helpings. Homemade pies and great fish. We travelled a fair way to try it and were not disappointed. We'll be regulars.

I went with my family to the Shoulder of mutton in Ramsbottom for lunch after a walk up Holcombe Hill. The Pub was well presented but that is the only thing that I could say was positive. We were not greeted at the door or at all for over 5 mins. The Menu was not presented to us and no recommendations made. The food when it did arrive ! over 25 mins !! it was,, all I can say is SMALL !!! A pie arrived that looked amazing but upon getting through the crust was left with a cave size area of pie dish with only five pieces of meat inside !! We ordered the fish at £13.00 which could only be described as a starter !!! One small fillet !!!! And a pudding of Lamb !! Which sounded fantastic but with only Half of it covered in Pastry was a let down. With the Whole Bill coming to just under £100 for 4 For just Mains and drinks. I feel that if you wish to try and serve fine food then you should aim for the whole package!!! Good Food, Good Service, Great Atmosphere !!! Its the 2nd time i have been here now, the food is excellent, service excellent and very well priced. Much better than the other Thai restaurant down the road. Will definitely go again.

The best and most authentic Thai restaurant in the area. If you want a real taste of Thailand with fantastic service this is the restaurant to visit.

Starter - scallops x 2 plus homemade pork crackling and foam !! Very good - Not enough and far too expensive (£6.95) Main - Home made steak and ale pie. Gravy too thin and oily, Steak needed cutting up more and pastry just for show !! 2mm thick and about 20cm above the filling !! Sorry but I like to eat pastry when ordering pie !! Dessert - Home Made Chocolate Fondent Pudding & homemade ice cream. Fantastic !!!!!!!! Service & ambiance Good/bit slow, regulars looked at us as if we shouldn't be there.

Excellent food and service as always. Spice Garden was the first Thai restaurant and after my recent visit it is still the best. The starters were exceptional and the Green curry was so fresh it was amazing. I can't recommend it strongly enough.

If you want a lovely meal, served by lovely people, in a lovely environment then the Spice Garden is the place to go. It may be small but the Spice Garden has a great vibe and the food is always top quality. The family that run the Spice Garden are warm and friendly. I have recommended this place to friends, family and for business lunches and everyone thinks is fabulous. Wish there were more places like this!

Visited the lounge 2 weeks ago, and it was poor. Very overpriced, no real choice on the menu. For a winter menu to be dominated by salads is not a well written menu. This was our 1st visit back to the lounge since the kitchens head chef changed, and its gone from really really good, to really really bad!

Great meal and service. Good atmosphere but not too noisy. Staff very helpful and friendly. Will be going again soon.
