Nino’s Rawtenstall – RawtenstallNino's is a fantastic restaurant. Whilst it is always busy you are never made to feel rushed and always feel that you are being attended to. The food is outstanding also, I would definitely recommend it.
Nino’s Rawtenstall – RawtenstallCalled beforehand to book a table & was informed (rather rudely) they didn't take bookings for 2 people. Not a problem as when we arrived we got a table straight away. The lady who greeted us was friendly, although the gentleman who took our order & served us most of the night was incredibly rude & it seemed we were more of an inconvenience than a paying customer to be honest. The food was really great (but I suppose it has to be to charge them prices if the waiter doesn't even smile!) We were asked if we wanted sweets/coffees after having been left 20 minutes with the menus but we declined & asked for the bill. After waiting for over half an hour (unable to catch anyone's attention) we ended up going to the door to pay (which to be honest we could have walked out of without paying & am sure we wouldn't have been missed). I left feeling very robbed of a nice evening as I was made to feel very unwelcome, unimportant yet £55 poorer! If your after fantastic food this is definitely the place for you, however if you deem customer service just as important (as I do) I wouldn't even pick the phone up to book a table, let alone step a foot through the door.
Nino’s Rawtenstall – Rawtenstalli had a tasty pizza here for lunch in beautiful upmarket surroundings. You would not guess how nice it is inside from the exterior. Must try it at night and enjoy the cocktail bar too!
Nino’s Rawtenstall – RawtenstallVery disappointed last time i went with my family, the fillet steak was very tough even though cooked medium, very nice surroundings to eat in but would go on a week night when it would be more personal and no need to wait as you can only book for over 4 people.
Nino’s Rawtenstall – RawtenstallReally good food, give you plenty really nice surroundings!!
Holden Arms – RawtenstallThis restaurant is always at the top of its game, Never giving bad service in all the time ive been going there , What a place , What a service , What a restaurant/takeaway. ... Valley Cantonese dont do calsberg but if they did it would probably be the best in the world.. By far the best Cantonese food ever outside of China fact, People go visit this place and be astounded by the culinary delights that it has to offer.
Valley Cantonese – RawtenstallThe food is exquisite and delicious! it has a good family atmosphere. The garlic bread was the best i have had. I personally enjoy the pizzas especially the spicy ones! the desserts are also very good.
Nino’s Rawtenstall – RawtenstallI have now been eating at the casa tapas since it opened, the food is consistently good and the service excellent. My personal favorites include the stuffed pepper and gambas enteras. I visit Spain regularly and have not yet found a Spanish restaurant as good as casa tapas or staff as accommodating.
Casa Tapas – RawtenstallBeautiful place ,great service ,very good food and authentic Italian ambience. We will go back again!!!
La Veranda – RawtenstallI absolutely love this restaurant!! you cannot argue with the price at all! and the food is excellent!! i think it is £11 for a 3 course dinner throughout the week which nobody can moan at!
La Veranda – RawtenstallMy family have been going to Nino's 21 years. It's still the best Italian I have ever been to and offers unbelievably outstanding value for children even making dishes, without questioning, that don't even appear on the menu. Brilliant
Nino’s Rawtenstall – RawtenstallA nice coffee shop, very good food for healthy eaters, excellent range of coffee, order you food at the counter and it is brought to your table. Very nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Must be tried. The outside catering services are excellent.
Studio – Rawtenstallwe went on sunday evening in a party of 6, it was very bright no candles very quite music, our waitress was young and inexperienced (kept removing dishes before finished with) we was given three dishes wrong, but staff didn't bother and was still charged for them, only one was offered to be replaced! we had four baskets of bread which came to £7.25, which we thought was pricey, considering most tapas we visit you pay for first two baskets, after reading other reviews maybe just went on wrong night? should we try again ???????????
Casa Tapas – RawtenstallMany visits to Casa Tapas and I have decided to post my first review ever on a restaurant. I have been here many times and seen the transformation as the owners have constantly improved the surroundings. The food quality has never changed its excellent. The new bar area, and decor has transformed this restaurant as the place to be - great fun , great music and so nice to meet many friends the regulars - but its not clicky - I would have no hesitation in recommending Casa Tapas you will need to book on a Friday and Saturday as the place fills up very quickly
Casa Tapas – RawtenstallI love the Valley Cantonese, the food is fantastic and the service is second to none. You are always welcomed no matter how rushed they are, and their take away food is by far the best this side of Manchester.
Valley Cantonese – Rawtenstallit's a while since i have visited Nino's it's much larger and more modern than before, with a lovely informal atmosphere, from arriving to leaving, the pleasant staff were all very helpful, the service was excellent too, the food was outstanding, top class in every way, a little pricey, but definitely worth it
Nino’s Rawtenstall – RawtenstallI've been to Ninos on many occasions, granted, with a party of 8 or more and have thoroughly enjoyed the whole occasion. So, imagine my TOTAL disappointment when I tried to book a table for four on a Tuesday night. We had some friends staying with us and we wanted to give them a real treat. I rang Ninos only to be told that they do not do bookings for four people and we just had to turn up and "see how many people were in front of you" before we could have a table. I am from Burnley bringing friends over from London to be told, in a rather off hand manner, that we could have a considerable wait before a table is available. No thank you. I'm sorry, Ninos, but no matter how good you are I expect better customer relations than were shown to me.
