On last three occasions have had the most awful experience. Two occasions with manager Phil extremely rude and bad attitude. Tonight Phil now has darling Stacy who in all honesty should not be around people. She is an absolute vile individual. I am 63 years old and because I refused to speak with her due to her extreme levels of rudeness she told me to leave the premises and she continued shouting after myself and son bye don't come back while laughing with Phil. Greene King you need to rid Allerton Hall of these two. If this is what you believe is management and represent your company well it leaves a lot to be desired. In my opinion I would by their behaviour class both of them as totally unemployable they are thugs and bullies. Remember bad review spread a lot faster than positive. Didn't need darling Stacy screaming after me not to return that decision had already been made. Absolutely disgusting behaviour. Pleasing to know how important your customers are to your business

We visited Allerton Hall today to see if we would use it for our Wedding Celebration. We were impressed with the staff and Sarah the manager, very helpful. We tried the food, and the portions and quality were exceptional. at 2 for £10. The grounds are beautiful and we will be booking it for our Wedding Evening Celebration.

We were very impressed with the location of the restaurant, set in quiet countryside. We ordered two steak meals and ice cream, all this represents great value for £10. The service was very good and the quality excellent.

visited this amazing building this weekend, the food was not far from amazing too, we had a big choice to make from the menu and most come under the offer of 2 meals for £10.00, we opted for the sausage and mash and a rodeo burger, what a great choice. the drinks were a bit pricey but what we saved on the meals we didn't mind. the manger didn't catch her name but she couldn't do enough for us, we would definitely go again and again

Allerton Hall ( Pub in the Park ) is very near to me. I used to frequent the establishment once a week or more during the Summer months. My last visit was last week 15/2/09. I was left gobsmacked at how down hill the restaurant has gone since my last visit before Christmas. My food was cold, took about 40 mins to arrive, and you can just tell, that the ingredients are all frozen and cooked by inexperienced staff. I do not think I will be frequenting this establishment again. It is such a pity this place has gone down hill as it could be such a lovely place to dine. I would rather pay triple the money and get the rif raf out, rather than pay and sit watching these places go into the ground.
Please someone bring some hope and let me and my family enjoy dining again at Allerton hall.

Great Service by the staff. Good fish and chips although a little costly, but I loved the desserts! I'd definitely go again!
Allerton Hall
Nice setting and staff nice and helpful. However, you can tell it? a chain pub with cheap ingredients - don't have sausage and mash! Although my friend has the chicken fajitas and she enjoyed them! So it? up to you if you want to take the risk!
