About Anchor Inn

The Anchor in Hazel Grove is a popular Robinson's pub which serves freshly prepared and very well priced food. It's situated on the main A6 London Road route just at the end of the main shopping area and has a history dating back to 1818. The multi-roomed interior is fitted out in traditional and mildly nautical style and the bar features a large figurehead. There's also an enclosed beer garden to the side of the building to enjoy the sunshine when weather permits and parking behind the pub. Snacks are served most lunchtimes so you can drop in to take a break from shopping and there is a good selection of award-winning Robinsons's ales as well as wines, spirits and soft drinks.
