My husband and I visited your very fine restaurant on the 18th of September. What a pleasant surprise to find 'fine dining' in what otherwise seemed a very disheartening city. The staff are well trained and attentive to detail. The food was outstanding. We assume the restaurant has only recently opened, so wish you success. Carmarthen can certainly use your 'touch of class'. Ruth
