Before going to visit some friends,i bought a selection of 10 macaroons for £4.95. When we were eating them we found a nice surprise,a really nice white hair just in the middle. I brought back the macaroons and they let me choose between a money refund or another selection of macaroons.I decided to get another selection but this time i`ve got just five of them. What greediness. Well,if you pay 4.95 for ten macaroons you expect they are perfect not an hair in the middle of the cream,at least they should give me back a new full selection of them.

Had lunch here in December '07. It was awful! All show and no substance and poor service. My friend ordered the pork and stuffing sandwich. The bagel was stale and the sandwich just generally dry and not very tasty. She complained and we were asked if we wanted any more drinks whilst a different sandwich was prepared. We ordered a pot of tea. To add final insult to injury, when the bill came we were charged for the sandwich that we'd sent back, plus the replacement one, plus the pot of tea. If you're going to charge exorbitant prices, at least live up to them. And it did make me wonder what facilities the kitchen actually has as it appears to be nothing more than a makeshift booth. I won't be returning and don't recommend.
