My mum and I came to do some shopping in lytham Booths and have a spot of lunch, in the Artisan cafe,Friday 7th March 2014. We sat for a while before ordering, when it finally came to the table after waiting for 30minutes, the chips looked as if they had been fried 4 times! I asked the waitress to see if they could do a fresh batch of chips. The waitress came back and said 'thats how the chips are!'She did offer veg or mash but we ordered chicken club sandwich and ham.She said she would take chips off the bill but it still seem expensive over £17! When we finally wanted to pay at the till, she rushed payment and didnt take off tea as we ordered tea for 2! I had my booths card, always receive free tea, not sure what difference it makes! The food we had was good, but it would of been nice to have the healthy chunky chips! We have had them before! Overall the service was not up to standard.I will shop within the booths store but will not go back to Artisan cafe.Yours Sincerely Mrs Sally Nicholson.

Had a smashing lunch here on Saturday. Chicken and bacon pie for me and my husband had a fish platter. Excellent food and friendly service. Would like to have a look at the menu before going to the cafe. Why is there not more information on here?

We all really enjoyed our Beef and Ale pies at Artisan before the big xmas shop in Booths. Place always seems to be busy so they must be doing something right.

A very competent restaurant. We have eaten here on a number of occasions and have always been very pleased with the quality of the food and service. Try the Drovers Platter or Cod and Fat Chips, you won't be disappointed.

Love the new supermarket with its restaurant upstairs. They even have a gallery in this flagship store. Great for breakfast and the outside balcony terrace catches the sun til late. give it a whirl!
