The service was excellent, efficient and polite, and the food was, well, OK. It was a little bit 'curse of the orange sauce' with 5 dishes coming out the same colour and not far off the same flavour...Jalfrezi, saag paneer, chana bhagi, karahi and one other. Quantities were huge but I'm a less is more kind of a girl. It was reasonably busy - it was Friday night, and the decor is OK. I like the open kitchen. With so many good curry houses to choose from now in and around Manchester, that charge around the same (for food at least, the beer prices were very reasonable), I wouldn't go back.

I think this is the best South Asian restaurant in Manchester. The staff are fantastic, extremely courteous and really do tailor the dishes to your taste. The food is of a very high standard, and as a regular customer, I am always impressed by the dishes not being submerged in a huge amount of oil. If there was any justice, this place would be busy every night of the week. My favourite dish is the balti fish tikka, although the veggie options are excellent too, particularly the channa dishes.

I have been meaning to recommend this restaurant for some time now. What a fantastic menu and high quality of food. Further, the waiters and chefs are only too happy to make bespoke dishes to suit all taste so if its not on the menu don't be afraid to ask! Some personal recommendations include the Chom Chom, the Balti tikka masale, the Nagpuri, the Granny Style Madras and the paneer rockets to name just a few. Even better, not only is the service friendly and food fantastic, after your meal you are greeted with orange slices, after eights, a Baileys and and After Eight! I've been to all the recommended Indian restaurants in Manchester (Gurkha Grill, Shimla Pinks, Akbars, EastzEast, etc) and I have to say this place stands head and shoulders above the rest - worth a visit!

Friendly staff and superb food.
I have eaten in the restaurant and also had a takeaway meal and highly recommend this restaurant.
This in my opinion is a better choice than some Rusholme restaurants.
I highly recommend the Special Biryani or Garlic Chicken Chilli Masala.

I've been to Asian Fusion a few times since it opened. Evey time the food has been excellent.
I especially like Granny Special Madras lamb or chicken, it has potato in it which soaks up the flavor of the sauce.
Staff are friendly and you can get a vimto lolly on the way out.

Curry mile, hang your head in shame. Asian Fusion has every one of you beat hands down. Fabulous food (no puddles of ghee on top of your curry here) & friendly service.
The best curry place I've ever been to. If you own a car and live in Manchester there's really no reason to go anywhere else.

We've been going to the Fusion since it opened, and found on Day One that the team of guys there did everything they could to make our meals enjoyable. We have always found it impossible to eat the usual poppadom/starter/main course sequence because the portions are so large. The service is great and the food is delicious and cheap. We rarely go anywhere else now.
