I ate at this restaurant with friends. Waiter assured us food would be cooked as per our preference, it was not. When waiter came to collect our plates I mentioned food was not prepared how we had asked and the waiter's actual Verbatim response was "what do you want me to do about it?" I asked to see the manager who told me all the curries were already prepared so couldn't be altered per order and then said he didn't have time to discuss the matter as there was a private party booked on the floor above! I was disgusted at level of customer service for the supposed 'hospitality trade' yet the manager has the cheek to display posters stating they were featured on channel4, in my opinion, from my visit, it was probably on a programme called Britain's worst restaurants. Gordon Ramsay won't be calling anytime soon, or maybe he will for for his kitchen nightmares series. After I told the manager I was going to review his restaurant online he said we could have a free round of drinks IF we came back next time. I assured the manager after the evening we'd had we would never return and begrudgingly paid the £80 bill for a table of 4! Absolutely ridiculous, food service and drinks were definitely not worth £80!

would just like to say this is the poorest restaurant. I have ever been to and i have been to a few i was enjoying a night out with my fiance and two friends we were seated straight away then a further 20 minutes went past and we hadn't even been asked if we would like a drink then an hour and a half till main course half an hour for pudding and half an hour wait for the bill it took me three attempts at different staff to get the bill also the food was very bland the staff were very impolite and didn't even explain why they were taking so long they also added there own service charge on the bill which was £5 which is fine i always tip generously but the service was poor i asked for the manager and cut the long story short "what do i know about currys" as they were very bland also he said i will take the £5 service charge off but add £6 on for drinks i taken off ?????? my friend stated to the manager that we was the paying customers trying to enjoy his restaurant isn't the manager meant to be consoling he replied "not in this business we are right i don't think this is a place for you" i feel it would of been a lot nicer if i was of a different origin ABSOLOUTE DISGRACE. i am also a manager of a successful business and this is not the way to run a company
