Popularly known as ‘nukkadwala’ (corner food) in India, Street Food choices include Ragda Patties (mashed potato patties with chickpea sauce, topped with sweet yoghurt, tangy tamarind and mint sauce) and Keema Pav (Buttered buns served with lamb mince) and regional dishes range from the Malabar Prawn Curry to Kasmiri Rogan Josh.
