Although I did enjoy the experience, I was disappointed that you could smoke in the restaurant. I am a smoker myself, but I do not enjoy eating whilst others around me are smoking. I shall not be going back.
Bar Epernay
An underrated gem within the Mailbox, with a classic menu all served to perfection, we ate dishes such as Rack of Lamb and Beef tournedos. A must try for a pre theatre meal or to sit and relax away the evening. We sat listening to a pianist on their revolving Baby Grand and apparently they are there twice a day. A nice touch from the DJ booths we often find. Overall good value for money and excellent service from the moment we walked in to when the manager personally wished us a good night on our way home. We are now fast becoming one of their regular customers.
