Our fav place for quality italian food...always get a good welcome. Midweek is the best time to go...

Try to go when it's quieter. Midweek is peaceful and the staff are attentive. Weekends are bustling and feel a little more chaotic.
The food is beautiful and the chef will make a stunning carbonara if you ask nicely!

Four of us visited this restaurant for a birthday night out with a friend. We found it very pricey for what we got. The food was very bland for an Italian restaurant, I ordered mushrooms in a creamy sauce to start with and they tasted like tinned mushrooms to me, and the sauce had no flavour at all. My husband asked for a well done steak which came dripping with blood. The service wasn't the best either, we were just left for most of the evening, nobody checking to order us more drinks etc. Would definitely never go there again, and we are not actually fussy people!! The tattoo covered hands of the owner (or we presumed he was the owner anyway) were not too classy either!

Very nice italian restaurant, tucked away in the centre of Caerphilly town centre. Great food, informal atmosphere.
