Frankly the only thing that's BIG about this place are their profit margins. The large fish portions are not much bigger than the medium, and considering the medium isn't much larger than the small which resembles a portion fit for a small child the term value for money is lost on Big Fry. Comparing to most other chip shops, this place serves large fish portion which equate to small elsewhere. Frankly, the cost of a small should result in the large size being served. The excuse of weight is laughable. Big Fry need to go and check out competitors. They wouldn't survive 5 minutes in many other parts of the UK. As for the small portions of peas/curry sauce, the large carton is the norm for other areas of the country. Get a grip - sort your prices out, skin the fish before battering, sell a whole side of fish and stop ripping hard working customers off. Finally, the batter is tasteless!! I said a year ago that I wouldn't go back. I made the mistake of doing so but never, ever again will my cash line the pockets of the jokers running this outfit.
