Food was excellent and very reasonably priced. A real 'olde worlde' pub. atmosphere. Best of all 'dogs are allowed'.

A really enjoyable place to eat. The welcoming is warm and friendly, staff are attentive without being intrusive and this all makes for a relaxed, informal atmosphere.
The menu is varied, the food fresh and well presented and very good value for money.
Well worth a visit.

This really is a lovely pub and the food is great, pub food is mostly plastic type pre done and warmed up style but here the food is fresh and home made, the apple pie with pouring cream is lovely and it's not badly priced for the food you get... really good...we go often a very relaxed atmosphere
