Blue Smoke on the Bay offers stylish dining on the shorefront of Lake Windermere, it’s the perfect place to catch up with friends and family or have a romantic meal for two. The 3 metre long double wood-fired grill is the centrepiece of Blue Smoke, cooking over hot embers is a traditional cooking method which creates unforgettable flavours in aged steaks, meats, fish and vegetables. Our chefs create incredible flavours using sustainable British woods such as elder, birch and oak; on special occasions we use imported olive wood. Hosting a diverse wine selection, there are 24 by the glass and 15 special wines in magnum. The cocktail selection is inspired by rums and bourbons and The Rum Room, which is available for private dining, has a selection of 40 rums and bourbons to choose from. Blue Smoke on the Bay is part of the multi-million pound redevelopment of Low Wood Bay Resort & Spa which has also introduced luxurious spa facilities in The Spa and exclusive accommodation and personal service in Winander Club.
