I am amazed that nobody has written about this place.
I used to 'water there' over 30 years ago when Gordon and Pearl 'reigned' The beer was warm, straight out of wooden barrels behind the bar and Smith's Crisps were the "Dish of the Day" The atmosphere was unbelievable. It was a meeting place for FRIENDS.We shared our feelings and enjoyed life!
