we went to bollicini last friday
the food was terrible, although the restaurant was full.The service was just has bad,a rude waitress insisted that the service was so bad because of the shortage of staff.
The toilets was dirty and looked unattended
we returned our food and asked the waiter for a clean plate. The glass was dirty and also replaced.
I have been here before and enjoyed it but i believe the standards have dropped so much i wouldn't recommend it again theres lots of better restaurants in chester to choose from

Had a fab time here at the weekend with the girls - few cocktails and nibbles it was really good fun, good mix of people and the music was nice but not intrusive - we could actually have a conversation! In a bar!!!

Fantastic Fresh Italian cocktails, great service and very tasty food. This restaurant is a breath of fresh air to Chester. You can dine, drink and dance till two in the morning. A great night in one venue! My husband and I had one of the best nights we have had in a long time.

Excellent service provided by Chris - the very friendly assistant manager. Really great place to go to eat, and you must try those cocktails. We had one too many!
