I moved into the local area so I decided to drop by this place as my neighbour's had recommended it. The bald headed man who serverd me was rude and didnt look very smart. The food was good though we did enjoy it even if it was quite expensive but worth it. shame about the service but it was worth checking the place out.

Been going here for about 25 years, previous owner had constant high quality food, John started of well well, but must say the quality have serious gone down hill, a pity use to be a good chip shop.

This shop is excellent!!!!! I went there, and after the long but entertaining queue, I was served by such wonderful staff, who were laughing and joking, and providing the banter like you used to get at chip shops. I ordered fish and chips, which the fish was HUGE and enjoyed every bite!!! the fish was delicious and so soft and mouth watering. The food was A1, and i agree with the Birmingham Mails coverage of the shop in its four star ratings- but i will give them 5 stars. Thanks alot, and i will be back again and again!!!
