Alan Yau opened the first branch of Busaba Eathai in London’s Soho in 1999 and today his modern Thai eatery has venues spread across the capital as well as in Manchester and at Liverpool One. The philosophy has remained the same – a Thai casual dining venue offering a relaxed one-course dining experience. The menu choice is extensive with a tasty selection of salads, soups, stir fries and curries. And there’s also a Modern Bangkok section featuring dishes like Grilled Jasmine Beef Ribs and Green Chicken Curry Fried Rice with char-grilled chicken breast. Busaba also has small plates for sharing and special party menus and Beverage Bundles for groups. To complement the food offering there is a range of Asian-inspired juices and smoothies as well as a carefully selected wine list.
Lovely lunch at Busaba. Chose from their Bangkok lunch Thali which was £9.95 for 2 courses, Satay chicken and Railway fried rice. Both tasty and aromatic! Very pleasant smiley service and a cool bright modern interior. It helped that the sun was shining!
