Lovely food in restaurant, but overpriced and service appalling!

We decided to call for a meal, the menu was very varied and after due deliberation we chose the Chicken and Bacon salad.
On ordering at the bar the barman asked a lady sitting at a table, who must have been the cook if she could provide our order, only to be answered with , I can't remember what goes into a salad, then looking at the menu she said I've only Tomatoes , no Bacon and no Potatoes, the barman apologised and we left to eat elsewhere. Maybe we called on a inconvenient day.

Needs a refit. Looks like a lovely pub from the outside but inside its like something from the sixties.
