About Cafe Italia

Café Italia is a family run business which brings a taste of Italy to Bolton. It’s close by Doffcocker Lodge nature reserve and is open right through the day from 10am for breakfast, coffee and a cake, a light lunch, afternoon tea or a full three-course evening meal - the choice is yours. The main menu covers all the Italian classics with a great choice of pizza, pasta and risotto as well as plenty of meat and fish main courses. And Naples-born chef-patron Vito has recently redesigned the menu adding in some original Neapolitan dishes. There’s also a Bambini menu for kids and an in-house baker whose signature treats range from Nutella cheesecake to classic Victoria sponge. Cafe Italia has al fresco dining too and an upstairs function room that can seat up to 60 with private bar and great views. Fully licensed, Cafe Italia is open until 9pm Monday to Friday (closed Tuesdays), 9.30pm Saturday and 8pm Sunday.

Went for lunch with parents and daughter for her birthday. Two of us had pasta dishes which were delicious and filling !! One had lamb chops and one had Veal Scallopine. All of us thoroughly enjoyed the food and were happy with the service . Will be retuning again , may have coffee and cake after a walk !!
