Dined here as part of a function last week.the food was amazing.fresh.tasty..staff so nice.they have a salad bar which is a great addition to a spicy curry.
I have been to loads of curry houses over the years and this really is up there.....went again tonight.just come back after having a fab meal.
Some really good , original meals...not licenced so you can take exactly what you want to drink...lovely.

I have been eating Indian food for as long as I can remember, but this has to bee some of the best I have ever had, also used them for outside catering as usual brilliant food and prices.

Will I like Cafe Lahore That’s the question you’re asking if you’re reading this, perhaps with a view to a forthcoming visit.
You will like Cafe Lahore if:
1). You like to be served by waiters who look as though they’re practising for gurning contests when you ask for something so basic as a glass.
2). You find it enjoyable to be served by waiters who have no manners.
3). You like to be served by waiters who are environmentally friendly in only providing one set of cutlery to last you a 3 course meal.
4). You find it of interest to be served by waiters who have deceptive pace i.e. who move at a snails pace during the ‘marathon’ of a meal only to change gear into a sprint finish when the cash for the meal is put out.
5). You enjoy having to wait 45 minutes for a starter and a further hour and a half after that for your main meal.
6). Whilst waiting for your food you enjoy watching the chefs make up take out after take out after take out.
7). You enjoy being treated to the delightful sounds of MTV bass and Kiss emanating from a large flat screen TV in the centre of the establishment.
8). You are quite happy to pay an average price for average food.
9). Your expectations of a restaurant fall within the MacDonalds/KFC pantheon.

i and my work colleagues have been every week since we first went 4 weeks ago and would highly recommend it. the staff are brilliant and cant do enough. when we got the bill we were very surprised at how much it came to, we expected it to be alot higher.it has a very relaxed atmosphere with a bit of background music. we have tried a few indian restaurants in oldham but this is the best.

We often order a take away meal from Cafe Lahore and its been brilliant every time. The quality of the meat is very good and lean(lamb is tender and melts in the mouth). I also like the fact that Cafe Lahore does not use (as much) artificial colouring. I would recommend Cafe Lahore to everyone.

Fantastic, Ace, Brilliant,....everything was! The food, staff, price and...you can bring your own wine! Who could ask for more. We chose Cafe Lahore for our Christmas Do, and had a fantastic time. Thank you to all the staff.

I have been going to the cafe Lahore since it first opened and it is first class. I am a veggie and the dishes they serve are lovely. A.J always recommends different dishes for me to try and he has never been wrong. I love the atmosphere of the place - good to chill out and chat with friends - take your own booze and no loud banging music that can often spoil a good meal. Wazim is a very nice chap and always makes us feel very welcome - try it - i know you will like it !

Food glorious food in this lovely little cafe in the centre of Oldham. An absolute must for curry freaks. Very casual, no license (though you can take your own) ,Don? be put off, my biggest recommendation for ages. A great find ,but don? expect a grand restaurant .It is a cafe type place with excellent service by very friendly staff, all cooked on an open range. TRY IT TRY IT!!

On a good night, this is the best Asian food I've eaten anywhere. On a bad night it's still excellent. Really fresh tasting and carefully made. The service is friendly, the decor attractive--I love the paintings-- and it's not too expensive.
Try the Bindi, it revolutionised my opinion of okra!
