food is ok for a chain, but the staff attention to children makes this a really brilliant place to bring children. You aren't made to feel an outcast just because you have a pushchair.

Rouge can be good and then sometimes it isn't. It seems to be mostly based on what staff are working when you go. There does seem to be different staff everytime and I think that affects the quality of service and also the cooking (but less so) If they sorted the staff problems out it could be a great cafe/restaurant
