This Caffe Nero is superb. The staff are *so* friendly and eager to please, the coffee's good, and the ambience very pleasant. I recommend it!

I really should learn the lesson, and stay out of Caffe Nero joints. I always end up waiting, and waiting, first to place my order, and then waiting, waiting, waiting for the damned coffee to arrive.
At those prices, table service would help but I'm becoming seriously frustrated with operations like this that fritter away my time as if it were of no consequence.
