The last time we went to Carlos was on a race night; St Ledger 2008. It was one of the only restaurants which would allow us to book a table for 8 on the Saturday night and we had a great time. The service was excellent and food was fantastic.

I have always enjoyed my meal when I have been to Carlos. On the rare occasion when I was not satisfied the staff quickly put it right and wer very nice and apologetic. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone wanting a good quality meal with good service
