We have visited Carriages many times and have never been disappointed. The food is excellent and such good value, it truly is a little gem of a place hidden away in the beautiful Cheshire countryside. We certainly will go again and recommend it to anyone!

We again visited Carriages In Chester on Valentines day, some 2 years after our last visit in 2006.Once again we had a superb evening, top class food, nice wine,and in a really nice atmosphere. I defy anyone to find a better evening, and at such a remarkable price. I you have not tried this restaurant yet, then i suggest you do, you will not be disappointed. 14 February 2006. Fabulous meal great price great atmosphere. Would recommend anyone to visit this restaurant. Nice helpful staff. One of the best meals we have for a long time. We were a party of 4 who will certainly be visiting this restaurant again. Many thanks to all.
