What a lovely clean restaurant. Excellent food and the taste is so good and was full of flavour. Food presentation first class. Staff were professional and helpful. Tad expensive but worth a try here even if its just for a treat.

Highly recommended.

Overpriced, extremely bland for Thai food, and on the second attempt (to give it a chance to redeem itself, we love Thai food), also caused an immediate and uncomfortable gastric reaction (down, not up) before even leaving the restaurant.

Run in a far too business-like fashion. We were told, on booking, that we would have to leave at 9.30. I objected to this at the time. Our bill came to £200 and I do not expect to pay that and be in the restaurant two hours. There were far too many tables and the noise was awful. We could barely hear each other .My fish was nearly raw.
I would not return. There is no atmosphere.

Myself and my girlfriend went here for dinner recently with high hopes as it had been recommended by a number of different friends. All I can say is that we either got it on a bad night or it has gone downhill since our friends went. We were sat upstairs and my seat was in a part of the restaurant that was a thoroughfare for the waiting staff and anyone going to the toilet. We asked to be moved but all the other tables were booked. Perhaps it was a mistake to get one of the set menus as it was basically Chinese food. We've eaten in a number of Thai restaurants and it simply wasn't Thai cooking - no discernible coconut, lemon grass or chilli or any of the aromatic spices that characterize Thai food. It was competent but hardly inspired and the type of food that you could get in any half-decent chinese, although for a lot less than this restaurant would charge you. The service was polite but not particularly friendly and the food was served very quickly making you feel that you were on something of a conveyor belt. Having had 3 courses and a bottle of wine, we were in and out in 1hr 10mins £85 lighter and feeling a bit cheated.

First time here today and we had a delicious meal full of flavour and very tasty, staff were excellent very professional, it is expensive but you don't mind paying for quality. Will certainly return for more.
Thanks

Time before last, my visit was disappointing, but last weekend had one of the most enjoyable meals ever in Liverpool. Menu had changed quite a lot. It was absolutely delicious with the most delicate of flavours and cooked to perfection!

After reading some of the negative reviews I was a little worried about out booking but the food was amazing and staff really friendly. Prompt service but didn't feel rushed, looking forward to going back!

We visited Liverpool recently and have to say how impressed we were with Chaophraya Thai Restaurant in the Liverpool ONE park. The staff were lovely and really helped us with our choice of food. The decor is amazing and I am would definitely recommend the food which was delicious. We had drinks afterwards in the equally stunning Palm Sugar Lounge. This is the best place is Liverpool. We also spotted Joe Cole which was fantastic.

We have dined here several times and tried various meals and every single one has been exceptional. The staff are very welcoming but not imposing the decor is amazing. W
