3 of us visited Chaplins last night (Saturday) at 6.20pm as 'walk-ins'. We had never been there before, but we were immediately accommodated, had a drink and chose from the 2 course roast menu which normally ends at 6.30 (it was 6.40 by then) We were served quickly and efficiently. The food was hot, fresh and delicious. The prices were very reasonable. The staff were helpful, personable and friendly. The restaurant had a nice atmosphere about it and some novel memorabilia. What a wonderful little find - we will definitely be back and would recommend it to anyone visiting the Keighley area.

I have been going to Chaplins years now (think I was one of there first customers) it never disappoints, everything is homemade which you can tell straight away (even down to the bread rolls), we,ve had our sons 30th birthday there as well and the buffet was excellent, the staff are always friendly and helpful and to me like friends now, keep up the brilliant work Charles, julie, Stephen and the team long live Chaplins.

We ate here some time ago and I kept meaning to add this review it was a disgusting meal and I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone the place is dark and dingy and the wine is some cheap £2.00 wine (that you could buy from your local supermarket) and they try and charge you £15.00 a bottle for it!!
There were about 9/10 of us and some people said there meal was ok but I am speaking for myself and my partner we sent ours back and did not get a replacement as it totally put us off. Spare yourselves and don't go ever!!

Me and my husband went to Chaplin's on a Sunday evening was a very interesting place, different but in a good way. The service is good and friendly and the food was beautiful, and definitely homemade. The only problem a had that evening was the noise from the kitchen which was sadly too close to my table, the chefs must have anger issues as we could hear the shouting from the kitchen too clearly, it made us feel very uncomfortable. We will although return as other than that it was a joyful evening.
