Once a Royal Mail sorting office, The Mailbox, in which Malmaison Birmingham is housed, has always been a vibrant and buzzing place and was voted Most Stylish Place to Stay & Drink at the Birmingham Style Awards. The Mal Brasserie is beautifully designed and offers a traditional brasserie dining experience with a modern twist and plenty of charisma. Head chef Brian Neath and his team offer tasty, well- presented cuisine, prepared with local ingredients whether it's for business lunches, quick light healthy bites or dinner. From the ‘field to plate in no time flat' philosophy of the organic farmers of Hopwood, to the succulent pheasant and partridge of Willogame on the Welsh border, you'll find plenty of choice on the menu. Private dining rooms in Birmingham are few and far between and good ones even rarer. Malmaison Birmingham gives you the chance to keep it up close and personal for up to 16 people in the private dining room. Chez Mal Brasserie is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, seven days a week as well as Sunday Brunch.
