About Chez Mal Brasserie

Manchester Malmaison is an unusual hotel with a unique story to tell. In its time it's been a doll's hospital, a cotton spinners' warehouse and the Imperial Hotel. The home of the Professional Football Association also used to sit on the same plot. Chez Mal Brasserie is styled in red leather and neon and the Josper Grill make very clear what Chez Mal is all about with a succinct menu offering a selection of simple grill dishes built around quality local produce (although there are some vegetarian options too) and the bar offers a wide range of cocktails too. Open for lunch and dinner seven days a week as well as Sunday Brunch.

Great hotel in a very central location in Manchester. the room was big with an awesome bed. A room that felt like the hotel really wanted you to chill! lots of little touches too. Food excellent and all in all I would strongly recommend
