This is by far the best takeaway/hidden gem on the fylde coast. The food cooked here is so fresh you can here the cows mooing and the chickens clucking when you get home. The salt and chilli ribs are amazing. sweet and sour chicken, beef with green peppers and black bean sauce. This guy can cook let me tell you. if you live in the fleetwood, carlton, thornton, cleveleys and part of Bispham then this place is well worth a visit. The attention to detail is exemplary, they even whole punch the lid for the ribs so they don't go soggy.

China Lodge on a Friday/Saturday is always jam -packed. Takeaways come and go but Stan's place remains - never-changing- always big portions. Excellent taste and v-f-m.
