Concise menu but enough choice. Food served well with attentive staff. Pleasant surroundings both inside and out.

The food was awful and made us feel sick. My husband has spotted a dead fly in his dish....I wouldn't go back to this place again. Do not recommend!!

We had a beautiful lunch here recently, the food was outstanding and the staff we most welcoming to us and our young baby. It is quite unusual to find such a high quality restaurant that is also family friendly. Excellent value for money too.

The new owners of the Cock O' Barton have transformed what was a character public house that served food into a truly delightful restaurant whilst actually enhancing the character and ambiance. The efficient and friendly service is refreshing and the imaginative menu and quality fayre even if some dishes are a little pricey ( fish and chips £16) means it is always wise to make a reservation.
