Disguted!!
Booked a double room for my wife and myself. On arriving we managed to get our keys, eventually, and we were shown to our room. When we booked we were told that they had a twin and a double room, we booked the double, we were also told that if we cancelled we would be charged £10 each. The room looked nothing like the room shown on their website, it was a twin room, and when we said about it the woman said that they would push the two single beds together. Pushing 2 single beds together in a very small pokey room does not make it a double. We refused the room as it was not worth anywhere near the £75 per night they were trying to charge us, we were told that we were just being picky and that we would still be charged by a jumped up member of staff. Bring back the old owners I say, and so do many others we have spoke to.
