I have been to Crows a few times over the years and been quite happy with it however a group of 4 of us went on New years eve and were quite disappointed. the food was very good but it was completely ruined by the service. We were left for half an hour with empty plates in front of us and generally the service was very slow and unenthusiastic. It was not very busy and to top it off we could see the staff acting daft rather than getting on with serving. It was a shame as we have always enjoyed ourselves at crows.

I have visited this restaurant on a few occasions now. One was for a friends birthday party and the others were with a couple of friends. The service on all my visits has been very good, especially for the birthday party where they gave us balloons and a birthday cake. The food is delicious (I recommend the paella) and the decor of the restaurant is exactly to my tastes. A meal here is a very enjoyable experience.
