We come here often. Always attentive staff and excellent service. Meat cooked to perfection and Yorkshire pusddings the size of house bricks. If you haven't been before I urge you try it ! 10/10

Everything about the Briardene Hotel and Curbside Brasserie was first class. Really remarkable cuisine, imaginatively thought out menus and incredible presentation for a reasonable price. Don't anyone tell Michelin, or nobody will be able to get in!!!

It was an absolute delight to have experienced the cuisine in this first class restaurant. I look forward to my return to Blackpool in order to sample further delights that the chef at the Curbside Brasserie has to offer. This meal is like nothing I have ever tasted before. I would recommend this restaurant to everyone.

Eating here was a beautiful dream, with every mouthful a delight. Melt in the mouth venison, firm tasty vegatables, and fantastic 'made from base' sauces. Everything is displayed with artistic thought and ample proportions are provided for the larger appetites. Cooked and prepapared by a chef who clearly enjoys creating the food he serves.

Food is the finest I have had in any restaurant at a very competitive price Sunday Lunch out off this world with generous portions and excellent presentation, evening meal the steak was top class and cooked to perfection, service was very professional and very friendly. Looking forward to returning.
