sloppy food, too much on the plate. Grim brash surroundings but it's busy so must be pleasing some people just not me.

Our first time here having heard from friends that it was worth a visit. Indeed it was! The food was first class as was the service. The staff were delightful, attentive, approachable and friendly. We had the opportunity to thank the chef, Caroline, personally and saw in her a passion for cooking and creating fresh delicious dishes (including her superb rhubarb crumble with a twist!) There is a partial change of menu every month although she does retain certain dishes which are long term favourites of the Dahlia Kitchen followers. Thank you all for giving us one the most enjoyable informal dining evenings in a long time.

Amazing food, couldn't fault it. Great atmosphere and friendly staff. A wide range of homemade desserts. Overall a pleasant evening out with friends.

Organised a corporate event last night at Dahlias and was entertained to the max by 'Cher' sound-a-like artiste Ms Julie Gould. Julie belted out the songs and entertained from start to finish to great applause. She had us all dancing on our seats and invited willing members from the audience to the floor in a very enterining manner. The roof lited off with laughter and fun. A true professional that delivers what it says on the ticket. She certainly worked the floor with many well known 'Cher' songs. Food was served on hot plates (so many restaurants forget this), and was delicious and plentiful. Bar prices affordable and staff very polite and quickly in attendance. I've organised many corporate events at much steeper ticket prices and can honestly say that last nights event was one of the best i've been to in years. We are still singing today. We was able to chat and dance after the tribute event had finished. Well done Manager Shaun and all the staff for the brilliant entertainment you bring to the Fylde and for your hard work. A bargain night out with quality results! Look forward to coming again.

We had an excellent night on Friday 29th june at the Doris Day Tribute. Terrific food and plenty of it, nice atmosphere and lovely venue. Enjoyed the entertainment, but felt as if we were rushed out when the cabaret finished and would have enjoyed just half an hour to finish our drinks and chat with our friends at the end of the night. Also wines advertised on blackboard were unavailable despite enquiring if they were always in stock when I came to pay for our tickets just a few days earlier. Great value for money just a pity night ends so abruptly.

My wife and I go to dhalias kitchen on a regular occasion and have been doing for years. The themed nights are excellent with great food great service and the acts are usually very good. I love the Xmas dinners and can recommend the excellent and original home made stolen bread and butter pudding. All the food is fresh and cooked to order but you don't mind waiting a little longer for quality food. As a matter of fact I don't like to eat anywhere else except at Dhalias. Friendly service nothing too much trouble. Hope to be coming for many years

Good meal .cooked well but not enough on the plate .Still left hungry. . The worst part of the meal was that the building itself was freezing . Not a good atmosphere to enjoy a meal . Also the it was quite dark as the lighting had gone out in the area we were sat in. Shame really as a nice place but wont be going again cant take the risk.
