When food was delivered it did not look good at all, the chicken was rock hard,dried up and totally inedible. I phoned the restaurant to ask for a refund and was passed to several people until I got the manager I explained the problem and asked for a refund the managers reply was "f*** you, I have customers to serve" before hanging up on me. They also advised that any refund would be made through a card, even though I paid on delivery and the manager was insistent on me supplying my card details. I advised under the sale of goods act the food is unfit for purpose and they have to refund the way it was paid, they still refused. I've been in contact with Just Eat - who were extremely helpful - but even they could not get the restaurant to refund me. The restaurant wanted me to take it back to them to get a refund!!! I should not be running around after them, if they were any decent restaurant they would return the money I had paid. Will never use these again as the food is disgusting, the manager is rude and is not interested. Once they have your money they don't care. Do not pay these by cash, pay by card as you can then do an indemnity claim to get your money back. I will also be reporting these to Trading Standards due to the way these cowboys have acted once they had the money. Worst restaurant and service ever. Be warned people that if you have to contact them you will be treated with utter contempt for making them aware of bad service that they provide!They've also stated that they don't care about customer service as they've had loads of complaints previously and feel that they're better than everyone else...
