After speaking to Mrs Dalvi on the phone to book a table, I was instantly assured in my mind we were going to have a good experience at her restaurant.
The food was absolutely fantastic, couldn't fault it. Having grown up on Indian food through my Dad, we're not an easy bunch to please especially after experiencing pretty poor dubious Indian restaurants around the Fylde coast. However, the food they served was lovely, very tastey with good mixtures of spice, very authentic, as you'd like to expect from an Indian restaurant.
The service was great, Mrs Dalvi is a proper host, chatting at all tables and even spoke to my Dad in Hindi.
Overall, the whole experience is second to none, and I would highly recommend to anybody who enjoys proper Indian food cooked to the highest of qualities.
