Liverpool's best kept secret. Stay away from the chain restaurants at Liverpool One and get yourself down to Deli Fonseca! Brilliant blackboard menu that changes depending on what they have in. Great selection of local bottled beers. Fantastic!

Went to this restaurant last Saturday on two friends recommendation. Nice atmosphere, very friendly staff and lovely food. Excellent specials board with unusual options that all sounded great - and they all were! Can't wait for our next visit. Prices comparable to any other restaurant in city centre. Also had to buy from the deli - everything yummy!

Myself and 7 work colleagues have just returned from a wonderful lunch at Delifonseca. Remember to book , or you could be disappointed - it was a Tuesday and people were queueing for tables Candice and her staff were very helpful and provided excellent service. The food was all amazing - but a special mention must go to The Mutton and Spinach Curry and Pecan Pie. A fabulous time was had by all. This is a hidden gem- we will definitely be back to sample more!!!

This deli is an undiscovered wonder. The food wonderful, as was the service. We went for our lunch today and will deffo be going again next weekend.
Lunch was sausage, colcannon with onion gravy for myself and a po'boy for my partner who also could not resist one of the deserts, croissant bread and butter pudding with custard. All the food was too the highest standard. Even though this restaurant is slightly off the main part of the city, it steadily filled up with people. It was like they all knew the secret we had just found out.

All I can say is YUM YUM YUM.

A real treat for Liverpool, quite different from anything else and the deli is a much needed addition to the city. Its easy to miss, even though in the centre of town, and doesn't seem to be that well known when talking to locals, but that’s adds to the feeling of delight when you do find it and realise you’ve discovered a gem. Then brag about it to your friends! Belly pork was excellent on my last trip, but neither myself nor my friends have ever complained about any of the food or drink here, its all good. Particularly love the banquettes, which give a feeling of intimacy and privacy lost in many modern restaurants where you're made to sit cheek by jowl to everyone else. Good service too.

Have been here four or five times now and the food is always tasty, fresh and packed with flavour. The menu has a good choice with sandwiches and soups to hearty hot main meals. Have recommended to all my friends, and the deli is great also, Liverpool was in dire need of somewhere like this.
